Obligation to Attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days has been temporarily lifted:
Due to the pandemic, the Archbishop of Cincinnati has temporarily lifted the obligation to attend Sunday and Holy Day of Obligation Masses. This includes the Feasts of the Immaculate Conception (Dec. 8), Christmas (Dec. 25), and Mary, Mother of God (Jan. 1). While the obligation has been temporarily lifted, we will still be offering Masses and encourage you to attend Mass if you are healthy, able, and comfortable.
Christmas Mass Times: (7 Masses)
- Thursday, Dec. 24: (Vigil Masses)
- St. Mary: 3:00PM, 5:00PM, and 11:00PM (“Midnight” Mass)
- St. Peter: 3:00PM, and 5:00PM
- Friday, Dec. 25: (Christmas Day Masses)
- St. Mary: 9:30 AM
- St. Peter: 10:00AM
St. Mary Reservations for Christmas Mass:
We will still be celebrating Christmas Mass for those who wish to attend. We are required to observe distancing and mask requirements for all Masses, so there may be more people wishing to attend than we can accommodate at some of our Masses.
In order to best accommodate our St. Mary parishioners who hope to celebrate Mass in person, we are asking you to make a reservation no later than Sunday, December 13th. The earlier you request a reservation, the better chance that we will be able to accommodate you.
Reservation sheets can be found in the gathering space at St. Mary. Please full one out and return either to the box on the table or to the parish office. If you are not able to come to St. Mary's right now, you can call the office to make your reservation: (513) 734-4041. Reservations are ONLY for Christmas Masses at St. Mary; there is no reservations needed for Christmas Masses at St. Peter.
