CANCELED

Join us for Mass at St. Mary's on Wednesday, March 25th at 7:00 PM as we celebrate the Annunciation Of Mary. The feast of the Annunciation marks the visit of the angel Gabriel to the Virgin Mary, during which he told her that she would be the mother of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. It is celebrated on 25 March each year.

The Gospel of Luke says that the angel Gabriel came to Mary to tell her that she would give birth to a son. He told Mary that she should call her son Jesus. The angel also said that Jesus would save people from their sins. Mary asked the angel how she could be pregnant, since she was a virgin. That the angel explained that Jesus was conceived in her womb through the Holy Spirit without the agency of a human father and born while Mary was still a virgin.
